Yoga Classes

We believe in giving individual attention to each practitioner. We love to answer all your questions, hear your ideas and concerns, and give suggestions on your practice. Each class is taught with intention and awareness, customizing for each student.  We have seen the power that yoga and wellness can have for personal transformation and our teachers are committed to help you achieve and sustain it.

For the beginner, we believe that yoga should be accessible and tailored to your needs. We offer many "Gentle" introductory classes entirely appropriate for true beginners and for people with physical discomforts. The benefits of yoga can be experienced at all levels, by anyone, at any age. In these classes, we work therapeutically to assist people with injuries, chronic pain, headaches, back pain, insomnia, pregnancy, and more. Also, gentle yoga is a great way to treat yourself to a luxurious stretch and a soothing balm for the soul.

For the yoga enthusiast, we offer “all levels," and continuing classes to assist you on your yogic journey. We offer several styles of yoga, diverse but with a common goal. In these classes, you can deepen your practice and stretch your limits. Come meet our eclectic and experienced teaching staff!

For private yoga instruction, the yoga class is designed to specifically meet your individual needs. All of your needs are important to us whether they are physical, energetic, emotional or spiritual. Cathy has been offering private instruction for over fifteen years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to these sessions. A private session is a great way to work on specific alignment issues, deepen your practice, establish a home practice, or address a sore or tight part of the body.

For parents and young children, we offer Mommy & Me yoga classes that encourage youngsters to move, stretch and explore creative adventures in a fun setting. For children ages 5 to 11, we offer Kids Yoga, a special class filled with yoga, arts, crafts and songs.

Kids today live in a busy world filled with stresses to perform well in school and sports; the constant buzz of video games; and busy over-scheduled days. But you can give your child the gift of self-esteem, good health, confidence and security in themselves. In this class, children will explore their bodies, minds, hearts and relationships with others and the world around them in a fun and engaging way.

Yoga helps children learn to manage stress, increase self-awareness and self-respect all while having a great time. Children will learn tools to help them stay focused, centered, strong, happy and healthy.

Prenatal Class info: , It's never too late or too early! With its emphasis on relaxation, mindful living and wholeness, yoga is the perfect foundation for healthy pregnancy and childbirth. Become more aware by increasing mindfulness and cultivating a habit of self-perception; get to know your body better and learn to trust it to tell you what's right for you; practice the art of relaxation by learning beneficial breath and techniques to alleviate stress, fatigue, nausea, swelling and other conditions common during pregnancy; gain a foundation for relieving body aches and preparing the physical body for labor; and learn yogic methods for maintaining a strong sense of self during and after pregnancy.
